My name is Keith Salviano and married to a wonderful woman for over 35 years. I have been in the home inspection and engineering business for over 36 years with over 23 years in the home inspection business. I still enjoy being a home inspector and love to inspect for first time buyers.  I have two grown children and both are doing quite well. I also enjoys all sports; but drawn to baseball, football and soccer more than any other sport. I am still very active and play competitive softball and racquetball. I have 3 adopted cats; Ben and Jerry are brothers and a fluffy Persian cat named Glascoe.

I have a Business degree and have a New Jersey State License for Wood Destroying Insects and also a NJ State License for Radon testing.

I am a  New Jersey State Licensed Home Inspector and a member of New Jersey  Association of Licensed Professional Home Inspectors (NJ ALPHI).
